Privacy policy

Sabayking undertakes to observe and comply with all statutory data protection requirements.

Data we collect and process Contract data

We collect, process and store the information you provide when registering with Sabayking. We also store and process information about orders and payments, as well as data you save on our servers.

We collect, process and store data that you save when using our services, such as images and multimedia content. This includes creating backup copies in our backup systems.

Log data

When you visit our website or use our service, the device you use automatically transmits log data (connection data) to our servers. The Sabayking server is located in Germany with 1&1 Internet SE. This occurs in particular when you place an order, log in, or upload or download data. Our servers also record log data when visitors access your websites. Log data includes the IP address of the device used to access a website or service, the browser type, the website previously visited, your system configuration, and dates and times. We store IP addresses only insofar as necessary to provide our services; otherwise, they are deleted or anonymised. We retain your IP address when you visit our website, and the IP addresses of visitors to your websites, for a maximum of seven days to detect and prevent attacks.

Server log files

The website hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits to us. This includes:

– Browser type and version – Operating system – Referrer URL – Hostname of the accessing computer – Time of the server request

This data is not assigned to specific individuals. It is not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to review it subsequently if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.

Cookies and pixels

We use cookies and pixels in various parts of our online services. Cookies are small identifiers that a server stores on the device you use to access our website or services. They contain information that can be retrieved when you access our services, enabling more efficient and improved use. We use persistent cookies and session cookies. Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device until they are no longer needed for their purpose and are deleted. Cookies help improve our services and enable particular features. For example, cookies are necessary for our website's ordering process. They are also used to collect statistical information about our online services, such as visitor numbers. You can prevent cookies from being set at any time by adjusting your browser settings and thereby object to their use on an ongoing basis. Existing cookies can also be deleted at any time using a browser or other software. All common browsers provide this option. If you disable cookies in your browser, some website features may not be fully available. Pixels are small graphics on websites that enable log records and log analysis, often for statistical evaluation.

We use the following tracking and analytics tools: Google Analytics

The Google Analytics component is operated by Google Ireland Limited. Its purpose is to analyse visitor traffic on our website. Google uses the data and information obtained, among other things, to evaluate use of the website and compile online reports for us. Google Analytics places a cookie in your browser, enabling Google to analyse use of our website. Whenever a page containing a Google Analytics component is accessed, the browser is automatically prompted to transmit data to Google. No personal data is transmitted to Google. The IP address we collect is forwarded to Google only after anonymisation. You can object to Google collecting and processing this data by downloading and installing the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Further information and Google's applicable privacy terms are available at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de. Google Analytics is explained in more detail at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/analytics/.

Google AdWords

Google AdWords services are operated by Google Ireland Limited. If you reach our website through a Google advertisement, Google places a conversion cookie in your browser. This cookie expires after thirty days and is not used for identification. While it remains valid, it can indicate whether particular pages, such as an online shop's basket, have been accessed. The conversion cookie allows both us and Google to determine whether visitors arrived through an AdWords advertisement and generated a sale. The resulting data and information is used to assess the success of the advertisement and optimise future AdWords advertisements. Neither we nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that would identify our website visitors. No personal data is transmitted to Google. The IP address we collect is forwarded to Google only after anonymisation. You can object to Google's interest-based advertising by visiting https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922?hl=de and choosing your preferred settings. Further information and Google's applicable privacy terms are available at https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/.

Our social media presences

We maintain presences on social networks and platforms to communicate with customers, prospective customers and other users, and to inform them about our services. When you access a network or platform, its operator's terms and data processing policies apply. Unless otherwise stated in this privacy policy, we process users' data when they communicate with us through these networks and platforms, for example by posting on our pages or sending us messages.

Integration of third-party services and content

On the basis of our legitimate interests in analysing, optimising and economically operating our online services under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, we use content and services supplied by third parties, for example to embed videos or fonts, referred to below as ‘content’. This always requires the content provider to receive the user's IP address, because without it the provider cannot send the content to the browser. The IP address is therefore necessary to display the content. We endeavour to use only content whose providers use the IP address solely to deliver that content. Third-party providers may also use pixel tags, invisible graphics also known as web beacons, for statistical or marketing purposes. Pixel tags can be used to analyse information such as visitor traffic on this website. Pseudonymous information may also be stored in cookies on the user's device and may include technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites, visit times and other information about use of our online services. It may also be combined with similar information from other sources.

Social media

Our website uses icons for the social networks Facebook, Twitter and Google+. These services are offered by Facebook Inc., Google Ireland Limited and Twitter Inc. To improve data protection when you visit our website, these are static links integrated using the Shariff project. This prevents data from being sent to social networks simply because you visit our website. A connection between you and the social network is established only when you actively click its button. Contact form / Callback service

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, the information you provide is stored to process your enquiry and answer possible follow-up questions.

Deletion or restriction of data

We follow the principles of data avoidance and minimisation. We therefore retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by statutory retention periods. Once the relevant purpose no longer applies or those periods expire, the data is routinely restricted or deleted in accordance with legal requirements.

Responsibility

Personal data on our website is processed by Sabayking, Sureerat Schmidt, Seelingstraße 17, 14059 Berlin. Further details are provided in our legal notice. You have the right to obtain information free of charge about the data we store about you and, where applicable, to have that data corrected, restricted or deleted. You may contact us free of charge with questions about collection, processing or use of your personal data. Our contact address is available in the legal notice.

Google Fonts

We integrate fonts (‘Google Fonts’) supplied by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/; opt-out: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.

Font Awesome

Our website uses Font Awesome from the US company Fonticons, 307 S. Main St., Suite 202, Bentonville, AR 72712, USA. When you access a page, the Font Awesome web font, particularly its icons, is loaded through the Font Awesome content delivery network (CDN). This allows text, fonts and icons to display appropriately on different devices. This privacy policy provides information about the service's data storage and processing. The provider's privacy policy is available at https://fontawesome.com/privacy.

Code from jquery.com

Our pages may integrate JavaScript code from jquery.com (JSFoundation, Inc., Attn: Privacy Office, 1 Letterman Drive, San Francisco, CA 94129, USA). The code is used to provide an appealing and fast presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and jquery.com's servers. As a result, jquery.com receives information that you are visiting our page from your IP address. Further information on handling user data is available in the JSFoundation privacy policy at https://js.foundation/about/governance/privacy-policy.

Changes to this privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy from time to time so that it continues to meet current legal requirements or reflects changes to our services, for example when introducing new services. The revised privacy policy will apply when you next visit.
